Keep your compressed air system up and running with a custom-tailored maintenance agreement. We base your agreement on annual running hours, equipment configuration and environment, and your unique system needs. Throughout the year, we track hours accumulated on your system and service it accordingly. You only pay for the maintenance required.
Plus, no contract is required—opt in, out, and back in at any time. It's an agreement, not a contract.

Emergency Rental Air Compressor Equipment
In the event your equipment goes down or a system component needs to go offline for repair, Zorn offers rental equipment so you keep your production schedule on track while we fix the problem.
- Rental compressors available up to 300 HP
- Rental air dryers available up to 2,000 CFM
- Rental vacuum pumps available up to 50 HP
In-Shop Repair Services
We specialize in onsite and in-the-field maintenance services, but we also offer complete in-shop repair and rebuild services at our facilities. In-shop capabilities include:

- Full parts and labor warranty
- Total rebuild capabilities for all rotating technologies—pressure and vacuum
- Test capabilities to 500 HP
